China Glaze Frosty & Halloween Stamping
I am most definitely a little late on the Frosty boat, considering it's from last winter's collection and uh, I just got it for my birthday. I didn't like it at first, but my tastes have changed and now I love it. I jazzed it up with some stamping, too.
Frosty is almost eerily white, so it was screaming for some decoration. It really almost glows!
This is 3 coats of Frosty. You could probably get away with 2 if you don't mind some VNL. I just wanted to see what it looked like all opaque and such. I really love it.
I used multiple plates from multiple collections for the Halloweeny feel. I used WnW Black Creme for the stamps and Essence Sundancer for the little moon. I also dotted some China Glaze Ghoulish Glow around the designs but you can barely see it. Hmph. My Ghoulish Glow does not glow very much either.

e.l.f. Nourishing Cuticle Pen Review
I just wanted to start off by saying my Target always looks like a pack of wild animals ran through the make up section. All I can do is shake my head in its general direction. Anywhoozle Target carries e.l.f. products (sans the polish, it seems) and I found this Nourishing Cuticle Pen for $1 and figured why the hell not.
I took the cap off and it has a hard felt tip. Not uncomfortable, its just stiff and doesn't flop or bend, which is good.
It doesn't smell much like anything, if I had to try and identify the scent, I'd go with cardboard. But that could just be the packaging. Like I said, I'm -really- good at reviews.
I thought to give a frame of reference, I'd compare it to China Glaze's Peppermint Cuticle Oil. The oil from the e.l.f. pen isn't quite as greasy, it comes out waaay slow so you have less mess and more control. You don't have to wash it off either. I took some comparison pictures. I'm so sorry for the naked fug nails but it was necessary.
See what I mean? Much less product comes out. It's good for an on-the-go solution to malnourished cuticles. You could put it on and do what you need to right after.
Below is an after picture. I wiped it off with a paper towel and then swiped my nails with some nail polish remover (not 100% pure acetone).
The outcome is quite similar - both look hydrated. I guess what you use and what you prefer is all in your personal tastes. I have a couple other cuticle oils but nothing that is as quick and easy as this pen. And for a dollar you could have a few on hand without guilt. I was pleasantly surprised! Do recommend.

Swampy Halloween Mani
I have a swampy Halloween themed manicure for you today. I felt a little bit inspired, swampy greens stuck out to me today. I must say that I do really love China Glaze It's Alive. It's my only mossy green glitter, it dries quite fast. I didn't put a topcoat on it though, I don't mind the gritty.
This is two coats of It's Alive over Orly Nail Armor. I really love this glitter.
This is 3 coats of Ulta Army of 1. I used WnW Black Creme for the swirls and Konad Special White for the skull. The dots are OPI A Good Man-darin is Hard to Find. I used BM plates 211 and 224 for the skulls and swirls. PSA: Army of 1 stains.

Revlon Starry Pink - a new favorite!
This one easily weaseled her way into my non-existent Top 20 list. I say non-existent because, well, I don't have one. But if I did, this would be in there, maybe even top 10. I have a love for bizarrely unique polishes. I know I use that word to death, but this one really is unique.
I only used two coats and there is some VNL (visible nail line), but for some reason it worked with this color, so I kept it. It's so dainty but has a little bit of pizazz with the glitter. It's one of the first/only glitters I've worn that didn't sheet off my nails. (!) Even more reason to love it, right?
I don't have any underwear on with this, just one coat of Orly Nail Armor which has the sliiiiightest beige-y tint.
Applied nicely, dried quickly and lasted wonderfully! Not a bad thing to be said about Starry Pink.
